Anyone has stayed in this hotel before? Or any hotels in Bangkok Chinatown? I am planning a trip to BKK and would like to stay in Chinatown so need some advise here....tks.. =)
I have stayed at White Orchard during my trip to BKK in year 2004. Basically, it is located the main road. Cross opp it will be Sampeng Lane. If you walk further down alot of shops selling alot of things. Next to the hotel there are food stalls selling sharkfin. However, it is a quite old hotel. If you are not fussy, it is ok. Breakfast is quite ok. If can, dun stay in cabin room. Basically 4 walls not windows and it is really small. Hotel staff can't really speak good English.
I stayed there before. The rooms are very old and has a smell Fridge ain't working and there's nothing in it. very very basic budget hotel. Even the corridors seems eerie. Only the breakfast is not that bad
